This may be a known issue if you are using SFP modules in these ports and using UI configuration. Fix seems expected in Central 2.5.3, but please reach out to Aruba Support if you need confirmation.

We are getting a lot of pedding/failed changes which contain this config for the SFP port. We don't use LLDP on the SFP port does anybody know how to remove this.
