What account are you logging in with? Have you changed any permissions?

Hello, I'm sysadmin, I can change anything.

    Where change permissions?

    Thank you for replay.

Permissions are defined at System -> Operator -> Operator Group.

But you can't change the permissions for the admin user - they should be assigned to the Administrator group, which has all access.

After the restart, did all processes start up again properly? No disk space issues? And is your license OK?

    My license is ok:

    licencia.jpg

I was looking for System -> Operator -> Operator Group , but nothing there:

    system.jpg

    And in the menu User:

    menu user.jpg

well, in this menu, the admin user does not appear, no user and no any group

    Any other idea??.

    Thank you very much.

From the looks of that, IMC does not think you have admin privileges. IMC users are in System -> Operator Management, not under Guest Access Manager.

If the account you're accessing IMC with has full admin privileges, your menus should look something like this:

What changes have you made to this IMC system? What were you doing to it prior to the last restart? Have you done any work around users, access or permissions?

It may not be easy to recover from this. It may require a DB restore.

If you look at the underlying DB, and go to imc_config.tbl_plat_operator, what does your admin user look like?

Does it have role_id set to , and operator_group_id set to 1?

Actually, I just noticed something else - why does it say "BackUp" on your license details page?

Is this a standby server? Do you have DB replication configured?
    #License

This is a standby server, and dont have replication.

ok, I'll try activate license again:

    activar lic.jpg

press ok, and error, but if try select license's type backup license this work.

But I bought this license: HP IMC Std S/W Pltfrm w/100-node E-LTU

Ok, I have problem with license?.

I haven't worked with standby servers, but I think that is the reason you can't make changes to it.

    He,

    I just read your post,
    I have a similar problem.

By mistake, the privileges of the administrator group have changed. So I have more access to the menu:
system - operator management - operator group

Is what I can find it?

    or how to restore db?

    Please help me!

Licence is tied to the MAC address of the machine when the activation request was created.

So if you had it in VM with dynamic MAC then you need to figure out what that MAC was at the very time.

Once the MAC matches the licence it all works fine again.

The missing menus are definitely due to the backup licence
