I need to have the entire list of all MAC Address of the devices that be close to my Access Point WITHOUT have access to my Network with all detail (date, Time, time near to the device, etc).

It's possible achieve that with out log in my network or captive portal?

If you are interested in Wi-Fi analytics you already  have the Presence Analytics feature in Central (Global->Guest->Presence Analytics). Presence Analytics shows the number of unique associated and non associated clients in an area. Another option is to use the Streaming API topic (presence or location).
