There is not enough information to provide a useful answer. Information like switches, RADIUS server (ClearPass/other), configuration used, logging output would be needed to find out what is going on. Best to work with your Aruba partner or Aruba support to go step by step through your configuration.

Hi all,
I am having trouble activating aaa authentication port-access mac-auth on interfaces where I have PINPADS of "INGENICO TERMINALS SAS".
Every time I activate the mac-auth the MAC address on the port is disappearing and there is no access to that device.
Does someone have a solution for this? upgrading to the latest version wasn't helpful.
