1. yes, that happens automatically, you can just browse to the VC's IP address and you'll have full functionality to make changes, etc.
2. if you want to remove a device from Aruba Central you need to unsubscribe it and then archive it. The APs will not reboot, nor you need to factory default them.

I am testing Central for one of my customers and he has two questions:
1- When Internet is down and IAP can not reach Central, is there anyway to manage IAP locally temporary until Internet is up again?
2- We removed IAP from Central, but it still shows managed from cloud central. How long it takes for IAP to enable local management again? Is it required to reboot IAP or reset it to factory default to enable local management again? Customer is concerned that after the demo he needs to reboot all APs or reset them to factory default.
