Can the onboard management interface on the controllers/gateways (7280) be utilized as the source for TACACS/RADIUS and SNMP?  In a previous job, I never used the management port and used a VLAN as the source IP.  I recently joined a new team that claimed they had the management port working for this function, but when they upgraded to 8.10.0.6 (or 9), TACACS and SNMP ceased to function.  We've since upgraded to .13 but still unable to use the management port for anything but ssh/https access...is that all its good for?  Thanks!

    Not supported, no.

That might have quasi-worked previously because the management port shared a routing table (default gateway) with the control plane.  Work has been done in more recent versions to better split the MGMT port out for the stated purpose of OOB access via SSH/HTTPS and can now support a separate default gateway than the control plane.
