It depends...
if you are using Instant Access Points (v8) your SSIDs will be cloned as well.
If you are using AOS10 based Access Points, all Bridged SSIDs will be cloned. All Tunneled SSIDs will not be cloned.

So I have to work with one AP Group per site then, thanks.
if i clone a group, does it also keep the SSID settings? this would at least save me some time from setting up the same SSID across a dozen groups

In Aruba Central, sites are used for visualisation and reporting not for configuration.
You can use groups for configuration. and generally any AP in the group will inherit all the configuration. if you are using Instant APs then you can use zones.
if you are using AOS10, you can do configuration per AP as well. So basically choose the device level configuration and add your SSID.

Hello, on our old infrastructure, using Arube MM, we used AP Groups to seperwate between different locations, but one SSID could be assigned to multiple AP Groups.
i did not find anything similar to that in Central yet, does that mean that every site also needs its own AP Group, even if most of them use the same set of SSIDs?
and if so, does the "clone group" feature also copy over the WLAN/SSID settings?
I did see that both SSIDs and APs have a "Zone" setting, but it doesnt look like i could add more than one Zone to a SSID, otherwise that might be an option aswell.
