Hi,

I am testing Meridian with Beacons and AppViewer. But routing works only in some areas and even not every time.

In most cases when I choose a point of interest and press the start button to navigate there a message appears:

Could not load directions

How can I fix that?

Routing paths are created in the editor and Bludot is present on the map.

Are you using the latest appviewer and beacons app?

What type of device are you using?

This error can happen if you do not have a proper internet connection, if the app can not measure your position in time, if the routes are too far away from the Poi.

Did you set the control points up?

Make sure to enable bluetooth and location service on mobile device.
