I am testing CPPM 6.1.0.50820 (CP-SW-EVAL)  in my lab and it looks like there are some GENERIC services ( Guest and onboard) are missing. How can I fix this?

Please use the service templates to configure those services.  Service templates are meant to create those on the fly.

Shouldn't these services come with the system? I am following the "Aruba Wireless and Clearpass 6 Integration Guide" and those generic services are already in there. Please advise since I am new to CPPM.

In 6.1, you use the service templates to create services and those services will be created on the fly.  This is new for ClearPass 6.1.  The default services do NOT come with the system.  Make sure you create your controller in clearpass, and when you go into service templates, it will create all the templates you need for guest, when you select guest.
