Good morning guys,

 

When configuring the security on an Instant we find these options for Personal level:

 

1. When we choose WPA Personal (Both TKIP & AES Encryption), does the AP generate two frames for each frame it sends, one with TKIP encryption and one with AES encryption?

 

2. When we choose WPA-2 & WPA, which security method does the AP use? It can't use both method simultaneously.

1. The client decides in every circumstance.
2. Stick with AES because it is more secure.
3. Some clients have problems with mixed types, so only choose one.
