    I am trying to clean up old AP's

    on the web interface, select and clicking the bin sometimes does not work.

    clear gap-db ap-name <.....> does the job 

    Why can I not remove it with the gui (sometimes? any logic?)

    To make it even worse, some now and then, trying to remove a ap, does work neighter with de GUI nor the clear gab-db does the job!

    even a rebote of de MM after the commands, does not fix my problem

    What is the version of your Mobility Conductor?

    Maybe check if there is a existing whitelist configured.

    clear gap-db.... should done the job.
