  • 1.  Mobility Conductor isnt showing APs in dashboard when MDs are clustered

    Hi guys,
I have an issue with the mobility conductor and 2 controllers which are clustered. Version is 8.7.1.7 on all of them.
I can see the 2 controllers in the dashboard and the clustering works, L2 cluster up, vrrp up... I see active and standby AAC/UAC when connecting APs and users. I also see my APs when I go into configuration view and I can provision them . But I cannot see any AP/user connected on the dashboard. When I log into the controllers themself, I see either AP or users connected, depending which one is the active. Strangly I cant even see a the cluster in the dashboard, but when I go into the configuration > maintenance there it shows me the cluster...
So actually "everything" works but nothing shows up...

Is there anything I am missing?
    Best regards

We had the exact same issue with 8.7.1.7. A reboot of the MMs resolved this.

Had a TAC and we solved it. They said they had that issue already in their inbox.

Problem is, that the MGMT-Server (Mobility Conductor) is not showing up at the controller when typing show mgmt-servers.  In the GUI you can find it under Configuration - System - More - General - Mon-Receivers -> in my case there was just "conductor" under IP and that doesnt work. So when I added my conductor IP it worked again.

    Cheers
