    Hello,

I currently have the MC-VA-250 license on my Mobility Conductor. I am quickly approaching having 250 devices. I would like to expand my capacity. Can I just purchase another 250 license and add it to my existing 250 for a total of 500 devices on my MC?

I found a post from a few years ago that said this was possible, I just want to make sure that's still the case and nothing has changed with licensing.

Yes you can, but you have to raise the Mobility Conductor License as well.

The MC-VA-XX license is a sharable license required to terminate APs on a virtual controller. This is applicable for all APs terminating on x-amount of virtual Mobility Controllers.
The MM-VA-XX or MCR-VA-XX license is needed for all managed Devices - Sum of all Mobility Controllers plus all APs managed by the controller Cluster(s).

So if you have a Mobility Conductor in place you maybe have to raise the License account as well.

Yes.  Hopefully your VM resources for the VMC are already provisioned at or above the MC-VA-1K requirements.  If not, you'll need to allocate the additional resources and go through the "Increasing the Flash size" workflow as documented in the Virtual Appliance Installation Guide appendix.
