The release notes for each major version will tell you what you can upgrade from in the "upgrade procedure" section of the 8.10.0.0 portion. You can work backwards from there. For example, the Upgrade Procedure in 8.10.0.0 here has a chart about about upgrading for 8.3.x.x to 8.11.0.0 and the storage requirements, so I would take that to mean 8.3.x.x to 8.11.x.x is possible. Since you are on 8.2.x.x, I would open a technical support ticket to get very specific information about upgrading. It is possible you might have to do things like free up memory to make your upgrade successful.
