Mobility conductor only goes in pairs (active / standby), it is not possible to create a cluster of 3, as far as I know.
If you need more capacity, you can increase the size of the existing MCRs, or add the third as a separate standalone MCR.

Subject: Mobility Conductor
Hi,
One of our customers has a Mobility Conductor in a DC, there are two of them running active / standby - single MCR-VA-500.
If they want to add a third Mobility Conductor in another DC for redundancy do they need to buy another MCR-VA-500, the other DC is connected via a L3 MPLS connection.
