I am getting the following error:

Save failed: Module Authentication is busy. Please try later

Usually if I wait a bit I can save my running config or do a show run.

It has been 2 days now that we cannot save the running config or do a show run.

Controller: 3200 (no memory expansion module)

AOS: 6.1.3.3

What can I do without rebooting the controller? There are some config changes we need saved, and I can't pull them from the show run as it does not work either.

can you use TFTP to save it in your PC ?

is it the same thing happening with WebUI ?

did you try to use the console ?

console isn't working.

Last time I used TFTP with this controller, I had to reboot it as a result.

So i moved the entire config off the 3200 and onto a 3600, transfered the licenses, the whole kit

I am now getting the error again.

Could it be something in the configuration?

There are a number of reasons why this would happen.  Please open a tac case so that they can get to the bottom of it.
