MSM 720 (5.7.2) failed to join AD

    hi all,

     

    I already open a support case for this issue. it seem like the problem is not from the controller itself but problem in AD.

     

    AD part

    - pc can join domain without no issue (using admin pword)

    - controller keep on getting error (logon credential error) when using admin pword

     

    Controller

    - can ping to AD

     

    did any of you encounter this?
