  • 1.  MSM720 AD Not Joined

    The controller successfully authenticate with AD but 2 days after, the controller show NOT JOINED and I can´t re-authenticate with the AD. I have communication between tha AD ant the controller

    I have the same problem with MSM760. Everything worked until 2 days later. If I clicked join I got an error (unknown domain 149).

    i think u need to remove the account from the AD and try to integrate again.
    btw which firmware version u use for 720?
