  • 1.  nad bulk import missing device group

    Dear All,

    we would like to add bulk some devices to clearpass, just 120 devices, we usually dont have problem with it,

    but today, all of devices missing device group, even if device group is already there, and status import is successful,

    i've been try to add new group, rename the group, and other stuff, but while import, device group isnt there,

    but when add mannualy 1 by 1 in device group its success,

    any idea folks ?

    kindly need your advise,

    This may be a product limitation or bug. Did it work before in earlier versions of ClearPass? And with the same group? One thing that may trigger this, is the space in your group 'BRI CISCOO' or the group is named 'BRI CISCO' with a single O at the end?

    thanks for your reply,

    yes, i've been trying to rename the device group,

    in the past, i've should rename it and work, but today didnt work,

    yesterday its just normal, with same clearpass and still same version, we import devices to new group without hassle, but today we got this issue sir,

    maybe its a bug,
