    Hi,



    I have a NBX running R6.0.63 and I can't access the call records, it always give me incorrect password I did changed lots of times, but never get access...



    Anyone can help me out?

    yes, there is an issue where the "General CAll Data reporting" password must be the same as the administrator password. 3com is aware of the issue and working a fix.



    So, go into your CDR and change the password to match the admin password and you should be all set !!!

    Don't forget also that the CDR passcode must be a minimum of 8 digits
