What are you trying to do? Whitelist can mean many different things.
On the login, the login to GreenLake is protected similar to logins to many other cloud services. If you sign in from a new location or new device, an alert may be triggered to the account owner so the she/he is aware that someone logged into the account (or attempted to login). If the sign in was approved/legitimate, no further action is needed. The system send out only once a message per device/location. With individual accounts, the checking for trusted locations/devices is much easier as it's only yourself. Also, most security standards these days require individual accounts so that changes/actions are registered against that account. If you share accounts, it's much harder to find out who made a specific change as it can be anyone knowing the credentials. This is not specific for Central or GreenLake, it's basic cyber-hygiene and part of most security programs.

Subject: New Device Notification send by mail to client?
Hello Herman,
Thanks for your response
It is indeed a shared account.
Is this than filtered over the Internet from where the connection comes?
So where should I look within the 'Aruba Central' Controller?
If you need more info, please let me know.
Greetings,
Mike

With this information it's hard to provide guidance, as there are different versions, white/allowlists, so it would help if you share some more information. If you are not familiar with Central, it would be an idea to get some training or ask your/an Aruba partner to assist and make the changes on your behalf.
For the mail, I can imaging that the login system for GreenLake has detected your login as a new device and is sending a warning message that someone logged in to the account. To avoid this, it may be good to get your own email/account added to the GreenLake Workspace and allow access to the Central application instead of using a shared account. But as you have not really shared a lot of details, it's guessing at this point.

Hello all, I'm new to 'Aruba Central', hopefully someone could help me.
We have taken over a controller and are looking for the location within Aruba Central where the 'Whitelist' is configured?
Could anyone guide me in the right location? Or manual location....
