recently we deployed a number of new AP505 in Aruba Central.

then we discovered that a few of them is showing config unsynchronized.

what could be the reason. its online n there are clients connecting to them.

Various reasons, usually just requires forcing the sync to fix.

you can also check the the configuration audit for clues.

Check in audit log for the reason.

    Hi

    Do you say Configuration audit?

Here you can find errors occurred during the deployment of the change. Usually you'll find 3 dots at the event with configuration change that is applied or failed.

    Hi all

Seems that version 10.6.0.1.89990 on AP 505 puts the radio down

Upgrading to version 10.6.0.2 problem goes away.

yesterday 10.6.0.1 was the recommend version, today is 10.6.0.2

    Regards

10.6.0.3 is available, that would be preferred over 10.6.0.2 if upgrading.  But 10.7 has been released which means that the 10.6 train will be EOL very quickly.

    Hi.

    ok. makes sense

But were can we find the recommended for gateways in Central?

I feel that is more accurate to have GW and AP's in the same version , but i do not see were to find the recommended

    Regards

AOS 10 supports differing versions of software between gateways and APs, as long as all devices are within an LSR to LSR.  Which means that right now AOS 10.4 and 10.7 are supported options.

To see the "recommended version" column on gateways, go to Firmware and show the gateways, or in the case of clusters you'll need to drill into the cluster.

The recommendation, outside of Central's "recommended version" which is based on an algorithm, is to run the same version on AP and gateway when possible.

    I have AP's on 10.6.0.3

Should I leave the gW on this 10.4.1.3? or push all GW and APÅ› to 10.7? is 10.7 LSR?
