In Aruba Devices, RSSI is SNR. And noise is sperate.
So, the Signal is actually RSSI/SNR a client can hear from AP. Average Signal is RSSI/SNR in the report
Signal quality is quality of data transmission. Most time you will see the signal and signal quality are pretty close.
Frame loss is calculated at Radio level and not at client level. If you navigate to AP > its Radio, the Radio Error grpah show packet and frame loss. I dont think AirWave has report to show the frame errors.

Subject: Non-summarized Client Session Report AirWave
Thank you four your help, I realize that I need to schedule the report every day, to obtain the useful information. I can
But, sorry, in my previous message It told that I can get SNR, RSSI, ... but in fact, I'm not sure if I can get it from the reports.
I use the Client Session repot, to obtain information for each session, and Session Data by Client, where I can obtain a lot of information for each session and client. However, I'm not sure if the avg.usage, the avg. signal and the avg. signal quality are goodput/throughput, RSSI and SNR.
Do you know where I can find the information related to those relations?
I also can't find the information about lost packages or frames, which I can see in the mobility conductor/master. but not in the airwave.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
The Average values are calculated based on the datapoints to the time of report or time of client session whichever is met first.
If you are looking at usage, Signal quality of current client or historical client, it will be in the Client > Monitoring page.

Hi,
I was lookingo the same information, but can obtain SNR, RSSI, or packet lost information related to each client session.
Do you know the mapping for those metrics?
- avg. usage (kbps)
- avg. signadl (dBm)
- avg. signal quality
All the information is at the controller, but I can not find it at the airwave.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
In Client Session Report, there's Advanced options, click 'show' to see the option to 'Include details about every client'. Set that to yes and select the columns that are needed in the report. This will provide details of every session.
The reason those options are hidden is because of the load it generates. The more the clients and/or sessions, the report can be very huge and can cause perfromance issues to the server.

Hello,
I am currently trying to generate a report containing all client sessions details, containing session start & end time, client @mac, ap @mac, client IP address, average SNR, average RSSI,... So each line corresponds to a session.
Is there a way to get this ?
Thanks!
