    Hi,

In the mobility master WebUI i'm on seeing half of the devices. I can see it all on each WebUI controller.

    Can someone help me?

EDIT: There is more clients on a controller than on the mobility master webui.

    Thank you

    Mobility Master VA v8.10.0.5
    Mobility Controller 7205 (x2) v8.10.0.5
    AP-515 (x153)

What exactly do you mean by "devices"? APs or Clients?

    Is the cluster Configuration correct?

Please send an output from Mobility Conductor:
    show switches

    From Controller:
    show lc-cluster group-membership
    show lc-cluster vlan-probe status
    show vrrp

    Hi,

I don't see half of clients. But I can see all (I assume) on controllers.

    cluster Config looks good.

Can you please past the outcome of  the following commands
on Mobility Master - show global-user-table list

    on Controller 1 & 2 - show user

I should say: I have 1 alert saying crash files available but I don't know why.

That sounds weird. I would like you to ask if you can open a TAC Case.

After clearing the alert on the MM (tar crash & tar clean crash) and rebooting the MM (reload) all the clients appears.

But clients are missing again after some time and the alert comes back.

Hi, as already suggested, please open a TAC Case. This has to be investifated.

If I could open a TAC case, I would not be on the forum. I'm sharing my experiences to make benefit other users and to get help from others.

Like you said, you already suggested it. I saw it. I'm in the process of getting a contract to open a TAC.

I don't mean to be rude. Thats the whole point of a forum.

I would wait until 8.10.0.6 comes out.  There are some known issues with client display that could be fixed.  https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS/Consolidated_8.x_RN/Content/8.10/05/Known_8.10.0.5.htm
