NPS for 5406zl Authentication

    How do I configure Microsoft Network Policy Server to authenticate ssh access to my 5406?
    I have this configured on the 5406 running K14.47:

    aaa authentication ssh login radius local
    aaa authentication ssh enable radius local
    aaa authentication login privilege-mode
    radius-server host 10.1.120.12 key KEY-STRING

    I am lost on NPS. I cannot find anything on the web except for how to do 802.1X and web authentication via RADIUS.
