Please open a TAC case. Process should not crash regardless the reachability of ClearPass.

Subject: Onguard Agent Controller service crashes on multiple clients from 1:00:00 - 1:10:00 AM, seems to be related to nightly automatic backups
We have seen that OnGuard agents fail to connect correctly to ClearPass as their Agent controller services crashes, so agents cannot collect the health and only authenticate wit ClearPass. It can only be recovered on the client by restarting Windows or by starting the service. It always happen in the time frame 1:00 AM to 1:10 AM, which is when the ClearPass automatic backup is taking place on the subscriber. We suspect that during this time these agents get a timeout or something that makes them crash. We want to change the auto backup time to 2:00 AM, for example, to see test our theory as other clients will fail at this time instead of the previous 1:0X AM.
Anyone has seen this behaviour?
Is there any way to change the backup schedule to do it at a different time?
