Most logical explanation would be that the agents don't report back to ClearPass anymore. Best is to have a look with your Aruba partner or Aruba support. I'm not aware of easy ways to find why clients don't report if you don't know which clients.

we had installed Clear Pass OnGuard Agent in 47000 plus endpoints and same count was reflecting in OnGuard Client summary.
But later after 2 to 3 days the OnGuard Client endpoint count got decreased and dropped down to 45900, now we are not able to get those endpoints which are not showing.
What can be reason and how it can be troubleshoot.
