  • 1.  Packet Filters on VSI Interface

    I've found that you cannot apply an outbound packet-filter to a VSI interface (checked this on a 5945, 5980 and 12900E).
    Anyone know why this is (and if there is a workaround)?

    If neither the inbound keyword nor the outbound keyword is specified, this command displays ACL application information for packet filtering in both directions.
