    Dear Experts,

One of our customer was doing PoC.. They ordered CPPM and received the keys. I wanted to know how to install the permanent PAK key on already running VM? or do they need to install the vm again?

Assuming the system requirements (memory, disk, CPU, iops) are met, you can just replace the Platform License; click on your appliance under Licensing - Servers; then past in the new platform key.

Not sure what your issue is... A PAK is a per node license and one is needed for each ClearPass node.

Just to add to Herman's remark, if your POC VM was not provisioned with correct resources, specifically if you don't have recommended disk space allocated, then follow the instructions in manuals to increase the disk space to the required size for your deployment scenario. It can get quite ugly when clearpass is running out of space.
