Problem To Generate alarm from Trap

    Hi Guys,

    i struggle since few days to generate an alarm from a trap.

    I didn't configure a Trap Filtering Rule.

    I received a trap for Link UP / Link DOWN -> i create a Trap to Alarm Rule wit OID  :

    1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.2.0-> Link down

    1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.3.0-> Link up

    For Cisco Cat 2960X: No Alarm Generate from the trap.

    For Cisco Cat 3560: No Alarm Generate from the trap.

    For Cisco  Cat 3560G : Alarm is generate from the trap automaticaly without create a Trap to Alarm Rule.

    For Cisco  Nexus 5K : Alarm is generate from the trap after creating a Trap to Alarm Rule.

    I don't really understand why i have this difference because i create the rule with the IOD received in the trap.

    Impossible to find some information so if someone have a solution, i will be really glad ;)
