Comware

El problema se presenta en un momento a otro, se deconecta y no muestra su ip. Intentas acceder a su ip que vino de fábrica, error de bota, no se puede actualizar el firmware o todo caso restablecer un modo de fábrica,  Alguna modo de solucionar ese problema?

puedes realizar la instalacion del firwmare a traves de FTP o TFTP

Reinicia el switch  y presiona Ctrl + B  cuando se te indica

ingresas  0 para retornar a el  BootWare menu 

en el  BootWare menu, ingresas 1 para iniciar el sistema

descargas el firmware desde aqui https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JG923A

se siguio los pasos indicados, pero el tema es que no muestra la opcion,  Ctrl + B cuando se Reinicia el switch.

en ninguna de las opciones, alguna solucion a ello please ?
