Hello Experts, 

I find issue "PTK Challenge Failed" in Airwave,

Many people recommended to Update Mobility master which was run 8.6.0.9 to new version, 

Last Sunday I have updated all materials such as Mobility Master and two 7502  controllers with 155 AP with new version(8.10.0.6LSR) 

But still this issue shows in airwave and clients complains disconnection issue with their laptop, 

Any Hint?

Drop Broadcast and Multicast: in enable 

Convert Broadcast ARP requests to unicast: is enable 

802.11k Profile is enable with

In SSID part

802.11r is enabled 

Steering Mode: Prefer 5GHZ

802.11g Beacon Rate: default

802.11a Beacon Rate: default

Enable OKC is checked(enable)

also Client match: is checked(enable)

Key management: WPA2-Personal(Use static Pre-Shared Key (PSK)) 

for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz 

Can you share more about the WLAN configuration? Security mode used? 802.11r? OKC? Scope of impact to clients? Client types and driver/OS versions?

Honestly is random, 

for example 

this command did not show any issue, show auth-tracebuf mac

I do not know, But I updated from 8.6.0.9 to 8.10.0.6 because only this version is compatible with our AP, 

AP 315, 

AP 335 

AP 345

AP 535
