Escalate the case if TAC can't find or solve the issue. If code changes are needed, it may take a but longer, but if it's urgent should be prioritized over something with a workaround.

Hi Zemerick1,
The Clearpass is currently on version 6.11.9, MC: AOS 8.10.0.11
Testing on laptop T14 Gen 4 (which supports Wi-Fi 802.11ax) showed no issues with both Windows 10 and Windows 11, indicating that the problem is specific to T14 Gen 5 systems with Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) hardware support.
Here is the summary of the issue:
Hardware support | Windows OS | Result |
802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz) | Windows 10 | No issue |
802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz) | Windows 11 | No issue |
802.11be (Wi-Fi 7 BE200 320MHz) | Windows 10 | No issue |
802.11be (Wi-Fi 7 BE200 320MHz) | Windows 11 | QuickConnect can't configure the SSID profile with 802.1X |
The issue only occurs when Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) hardware is used in combination with Windows 11
Hope someone has an idea that can help me fix it.
Thanks

Hi,
I'm facing an issue below:
QuickConnect can't configure the SSID profile with 802.1X in Windows 11 ( the wired profile is working properly :D )
The issue occurs only on Windows 11-QuickConnect successfully retrieves the certificate but fails to apply the SSID profile configuration.
This process works correctly on Windows 10
The log is "QuickConnect encountered an error condition. Please contact your administrator"
