Reauthentication of guest users

    Hi, good morning,

    I have a question regarding the management of guest users in Aruba Central. Currently, we have an automated process where users request credentials through the Aruba API, with a validity period of 10 days. However, we have noticed that when users leave the office and return the next day, they need to re-enter their credentials.

    Is there a way to configure Aruba Central so that these users can authenticate automatically without having to re-enter their credentials every time they connect?

    Did you enable MAC Caching on your Guest page?

    And adjust session timeout accordingly to avoid manual reauthentication. If you want to have 10 days, put there 10 days.
