Hi, I have some questions for clarification. I don't know if you can help me. I have 2 Aruba7210, 8.10.0.7 LSR mobility controllers: one is on our site in RENNES with an address of 20.20.2.5 and the other is on our site in BREST with an ip address of 20.20.3.10.
The first controller is functional and already has all the configuration: Wlans, access points, Ap Groups and so on.
The second one has just been configured and put on the network, but I haven't yet configured all the Wlans, Ap Groups etc. I'm still working on it.
As for redundancy, I have two options: "High availability" or 'L2 redundancy' but I want to do L2 redundancy by configuring a vrrp.
I have two questions about redundancy:
1-Is it possible to go through a VRRP and define as VIP the 20.20.2.6 in the same network as BREST or to make a LMS-Backup?
2-With regard to redundancy, if I do this, will my BREST controller inherit all the configuration of the first controller in RENNES, and even the license? In fact, I activated a license for 50 terminals on the first controller in RENNES and I don't know if it will be directly inherited or if I need to activate it again.
    Sincerely

VRRP requires the two devices be in the same L2 network.  Based on your description, your only option is LMS/B-LMS.

Based on the questions you are asking, I highly recommend you contact your local account team for assistance and direction.

    Thank you for your reply.
I would still like to know for my second controller do I need to put back the same configuration (WLANS, AP Group etc) or once the redundancy and synchronisation is complete will the configuration already done on the first switch over to the second?

Depends on how you configure the controllers, both options are valid.

Hi, I'm coming back to you following your advice on the LMS/B-LMS. Could you please provide me with a doc or a doc link on how to do this configuration?
In some documents I see that they talk to me about :
    -Create HA groups,
How are we going to synchronise the two?

I specify that I am on an Aruba7210 version, 8.10.0.13 LSR
    I'm a bit confused.
