  • 1.  Removal of devices from central

    Hello ,

    We have few devices access points in the central which we don't want rise anymore 

    We have unassigned the subscription.

    How to completely remove the devices from.central ?

    Is it something like we have to remove them from Aruba activate also ?

    What is the procedure to complete remove device from Aruba Central tenant ?@

    Have you tried archiving the device?

    1. Disconnect the device
    2. Remove any license subscriptions
    3. Delete the device from within Network Operations
    4. Archive Device in Device Inventory

    Anything further, work with TAC to remove it from your inventory in activate.

    yes i have tried Archive but this is a customer requirement to have it removed from Aruba Central completely
