Wireless Access

We are replacing a 3400 controller for a 3600 controller.  Is there a best way to do this?  can I just copy over the config, turn off the 3400 and turn on the 3600?  I know that there are licensing issues, but from  a harware/software/config standpoint, is that really all I have to do?

The best way is to do a flashbackup and restore it on the new one.
