  • 1.  resetting admin password for clearpass virtual server

    Hello, 

    New Clearpass user here. I have an issue where our server group stood up a secondary Clearpass server but has misplaced the password they used for the admin so I am unable to add it to my cluster through policy manager. How can I reset the password so I can pull it in? They told me they simply cannot rerun the "setup" to back through the prompts.
