I have a few of stacked 2524 switches for each floor of my building connected with double link to two 9304 ('distribution/core' routing switches).
I set an RSTP priority of 8192 for both 9304, in such a way to have one of them as root bridge.

With this setup, RSTP 'cuts' one of the stack connections to avoid loops and I lost chance to manage stack with only one IP address.
I was thinking to set these ports with higher priority but then RSTP will cut one of the link to 9304 and I will lose load balancing.

Is there any other setup for these situations?
