Hi peeps
Kinda seems like the following issues are outstanding with wired network gear, how do we get this bubbled up to the development team and reported as a problem? My and our customers attempts to raise cases so far have been a really poor experience so far..and we'd like to see some progress on some of the things were listing below...
- Multi-edit service timeouts
- Regular internal server errors
- Dashboard not loading
- Device list not loading regularly, even with just 1-4 devices in it
- Super slow device reporting
- Tools/Console not available currently
- Adding a device to a group frequently results in the device sticking with a "pending login" message
- This one is super annoying, TAC just says that you need to create a "NEW" group, move the device there with the same u/p that already is configured in the group you're trying to add it into it, and then when it logs in to RSC then move it to the group you want
- Super slow firmware ques
- 404 error when clicking on aruba central to get back to greenlake to change workspace instances
- Greenlake redirect errors when switching instances of Aruba Central
I have an existing case open with screenshots, and some customers have attempted to raise cases but were just getting spun around in TAC and really feel like we need to voice this up the stack accordingly...
