    Hey folks,

We have converted all APs to Remote AP at our remote locations. On location where controller is present, we have Campus APs.

Users can print and scan images using printer on CAP mode. But when they are connected on RAP, they can print but cannot scan images. On printer we can see error 'Server no found'.

Please help if you have any solution.

Probably for scanning the scanner/printer needs to connect to the client (reversed connection), which does not work for split-tunnel (for example), also for tunneled SSIDs with the discovery there may be challenges. I don't think the RAP/CAP mode is the cause of this, but what you configure on RAPs may be the issue.

Your best option is to have a look into your configuration and see what (required) traffic is blocked or not possible and for what reason. There is no generic fix to such a problem before you know what the root-cause is. Your Aruba partner or TAC may be able to do such an analysis or troubleshooting.
