Wireless Access

    Hello Team Aruba,

I tried looking for this c concept on several forms and documents, but I couldn't locate it so far.

We have two 7280 Mobility controllers at our headquarters, and we have five locations around the country. The branches are linked through SD WAN via the FortiGate Firewall, and because Aruba 7280s can manage Aps over SD WAN, is it possible to connect those access points using the FortiGate SD WAN architecture, or does it only function over Aruba SD WAN infrastructure?

Thank you very much for your help!

Campus APs over SD-WAN, especially when using IPSec tunnels, is not a supported architecture.  IAP-VPN, Remote AP, and Microbranch are all valid AP only deployments when a WAN connection is involved.

Maybe the best way would be to deploy smaller controllers/gateways on remote locations. In AOS8 you can manage all of them via Mobility Conductor. In AOS10 you would manage them via Aruba Central.
