Please have a look at these videos on how to set this up.
Depending on the attenuation of the walls and AP positioning/coverage, you may have a poor roaming experience between the rooms. But if that's not a requirement (example for voice), it should work much better than a single AP or multiple standalone APs.

i want to set them up so that
1 is the Master and the others are Slaves
All have the Same SSID on 2.4 and 5 Ghz
to cover our house where the Walls have insulation installed that has an Aluminium sheet on one side
This is blocking any RF passing through
AP are already mounted running POE + 51x @ 1.1amps to each AP
any guidance to chieve seamless Wifi would be appreciated
TVs and other small devices to use 2.4 and phones / tablets to use 5Ghz
