  • 1.  Setup RTLS

    Ive been trying for a week to setup RTLS to get better location data.

     

    I followed this guide, https://community.arubanetworks.com/aruba/attachments/aruba/SoftwareUserReferenceGuides/53/1/AirwaveandArubaBestPracticesGuide.pdf

     

    But in the RTLS logs in airwave i dont see anything besideds this.

    "Fri May  5 10:55:57 2017: Started (PID: 114419)
    Fri May  5 10:55:57 2017: Postgres PID: 114420"

     

    Im running airwave 8.2.3.1

    Controller: 6.5.1.4-FIPS

    Have you followed all steps and troubleshooting steps mentioned in document  from page 48. If you still see the issue , please open TAC ticket.

    check iptables. UDP 5050 is not permitted by default
