    Hi

    Our 2650-PWR crashed with this error.
    Any ideas of the cause please?

    There is no indication this has been fixed in the latest software, but you should update to H.08.98 anyway - http://www.hp.com/rnd/software/j4900898.htm

    If it reoccurs you should open a case with HP directly.
