  • 1.  Some windows 10 client machine authentication issue

    Hi,

     

    We have Aruba 3200 controller AOS 6.4.3.2.3

    In our wireless network some windows 10 client unalbe to authenticate.

     

    From the packet captures we can see that the client device is not sending the certificate to the controller in the 802.1x handshake.

     

    We upgrade clint devices with latest wireless driver but no luck.

     

    Please advice...

    What EAP method is in use?
    Which RADIUS server are you using?

    Checked auth-tracebuf and found that it was showing "invalid tls version"

    Decided to upgrade the controller(3200) to latest firmware i.e. 6.4.4.10
