We can't share the roadmap here.
AOS-10 does not offer a local management option like the standalone AOS-8 Instant VCs used for managing AP swarms.
The only management options for AOS-10 APs are Central or Central On-Prem. However, COP is not ideal for a single small office, as operation requires substantial infrastructure in comparison.

Subject: Supported Versions for AP-7xx
There were some reddit posts from what appeared to be an aruba employee that stated aos 10 may re-introduce an instant like function for smaller deployments. Is that a hard no or are you guys still considering it? I know home users arent your target market for this product but id hate to switch to something else when I upgrade my 555s.

No, the AP-755 is not supported as an Instant AP. Requires AOS-10.

can the 755 series be ran in instant mode with no subscription? I have it in my head that 10x requires some sort of cloud license. I have 4x 555 aps here at home that have served me well. Im interested in upgrading but not if it will require any kind of subscription.

Thanks for pointing this out; I will get it fixed. There's no 8.x support for Wi-Fi 7 platforms.

Hey guys,
10.7 is described as minimum Version in the datasheet for AP-730 and AP-750. In matrix_WLAN-platforms-software-support-matrix.pdf instead we see support for 8.11 and 8.12.
What is going on here?
