    Hi

     

    Aruba 315 IAP do not want to connect to airwave. When I run the show activate status the below output shows. Please assist.

    Activate fail reason: tcp connect error

    What firmware versions are you running on AirWave and the IAP? Does the IAP have a valid DNS server and access to the Internet?

    Airwave  - 8.2.7

    315-IAP - 6.5.4.12-6.5.4.12_68901

    Have valid DNS server and access the internet. Tested the AP in head office and works but at branch office we get the error.
