Hi,
Aruba AirWave 8.2.14.0 has been end-of-support since January 2023.
That said, connectivity issues are typically not caused by AirWave itself. Instead, they are more likely related to factors such as the AP's software version, configuration, design, or interference.
Could you let us know the model of the access point (AP) you're using and its current software version?
As a first recommendation, ensure you're running a supported software version, preferably the latest LSR (Long Supported Release).
Keep in mind that strong signal strength alone doesn't guarantee good Wi-Fi performance. In fact, excessively high power levels can lead to interference and degrade performance.
Connectivity issues can arise from various factors, including client or AP settings, design and configuration choices, or environmental interference. Given the complexity of diagnosing these problems remotely, I recommend reaching out to Aruba TAC support for expert assistance in resolving the issue.

Subject: Troubleshooting Wireless Access Point Connectivity Issues in a Multi-Site Aruba Network
Hello
I am currently managing a multi-site Aruba network with several wireless access points deployed across different locations. We have been experiencing intermittent connectivity issues ; where certain devices are unable to consistently connect to specific access points; despite the signal strength appearing strong. This issue seems to happen more frequently during peak usage times.
I have checked for basic problems such as firmware updates, signal interference, and proper VLAN configurations. Also checked https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/AirWave/82140/AirWave_8.2.14.0_Helpdesk_Guide.pdfsalesforce cpq documentation guide for reference . However; the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered similar issues? What steps would you recommend to diagnose the problem more effectively or any specific configurations I should double-check?
Additionally, any advice on network monitoring tools to track access point health and performance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you !
