    Posted Jan 07, 2024 11:32 PM

This is a 4x parts AOS10.4 tutorial series. The aim here is to provide the starting point to put together a solution that include the AOS10 APs, two gateways, ClearPass and obviously Aruba Central.
    Part1  covers the configuration for

    • Aruba Central AP group
    • Aruba Central gateway group
    • ClearPass

Part2  covers the WLAN configuration and testing for

    • Tunnelled Mode
    • Bridge Mode
    • Mixed Mode

Part3 covers the WLAN configuration and testing for

    • Guest WLAN in Tunnelled Mode
    • Corresponding ClearPass configuration

Part 4 covers the WLAN configuration and testing for

    • Guest WLAN in Bridge Mode
    • Corresponding ClearPass configuration

Hope you'll find it useful and as always please send through your feedback for improvement.

    Hi ariyap

awesome work on this guide thanks

I am migrating  a existing infrastruture from on-prem to cloud and its working already with clearpass, one controller already as a GW on Central👍.
I only have an issue with redirect page on guest. In this example google, but is going to be company site
just a dought. Does guest vlan on gateway needs to have IP?
After getting ip ,  putting username and pass on guest captive portal, we receive an error:

Error resolving "www.google.pt": Temporary failure in name resolution

    what could be?

if your AOS10 APs for guest WLANs are in tunnel mode than for sure you need the gateways to have an IP address on the guest VLAN

are you using ClearPass for your guest captive portal and authentication?

    Hi

    Yes, we are using Clearpass.

We had an infrastruture on prem ( MM and MC) and Clearpass

Now we already migrate 1 of the controllers to Central and some AP´s are already working in Central also, with CLlearpass also integrated

Corporate SSID and guest also working, but that error on guest captive portal

Since I used the same configuration , the only difference is that, on the gateway migrated to Central, i did not put IP address under the guest vlan, so it should be necessary.

In the old on prem implementation we had a the guest vlan with interface IP
